  11. I am having problems with many CRC errors when i have large load on my
  12. PPP-connection. I use an A3000 with an USRsportster28k8. When
  13. downloading over FTP or ADT i can't get better rates than 900-1400cps.
  14. The strange thing is that uploading with FTP gives 2000-2500cps. I
  15. don't think there is a problem with my modem connection or serial
  16. port, since I get 2500-3000cps both up and down when i use zmodem (no
  17. PPP). I have tried all sorts of hard/soft handshaking, setting
  18. baudrate to 38400 or 57600, using artser, IGNOREFCS in ppp0.config,
  19. etc to no avail. I am using PPP and AmiTCP DEMO, but the problem is
  20. that I am getting _errors_ not just generally bad throughput. Has
  21. anyone else noticed this kind of problem (different transfer rates
